Simply Grace was born from my belief that wellness is for every body, every age, and every stage of life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your breath, find stillness, and discover joy in simple practices that nurture both body and mind.
My passion is creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome, whether it’s through gentle movement, guided meditation, or creative classes like Paint & Meditate.
What I hope to bring to our community is a sense of togetherness, peace, and belonging—a space where you can come as you are and leave feeling renewed.

A gentle, chair-based class designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation. Through slow stretching and guided breathing, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease. All levels welcome.
